Mike and Patty McQueen are from Sacramento, Ca. They have been working together for the past 18 years in Management. From golf courses to food service and Property Management now for approximately 8 years Working with the public for many years is one of their strongest qualities as personal relations is the key to property management. 

• Education: High School Education, Certified with the State of California as a Swimming Pool Operator, Qualified with the State of California for their PUC gas distribution system for operators of a natural gas system. Certified by the Western Manufactured Housing Department as a property manager. Currently working on certification for Small Water System Operator.
• Experience: 15 years in management of golf courses. 10 years as a teaching professional of golf . 10 years in management as a property manager.

• Experience: 18 years of management experience ranging from Food and Beverage Management to property management. Certification for WMA accreditation in progress.
