Creekside Estates Management

 

The property assistant manager is Guy Hurd. He’s been in the property management/maintenance field for over 10 years. He grew up in the Loomis CA area, and attended Del Oro High School.

 

All 3 park managers are qualified under the state of CA for their PUC gas distribution for operators of a natural gas system. Guy is both a Certified Pool Operator, and is certified by WMA in Fair Housing and other management related classes.
