About Us

Jackson Square Management was formed in 2004 to manage and protect the interest of three different sets of partners owning a total of seven manufactured housing communities throughout California. Two of these communities are located in Sacramento and five are located in Southern California.  

Because we were created by owners to manage their assets, we are exceptional in owner relations and providing owners with the information and security they need from a management company.

The company has grown rapidly since its inception, which is directly attributable to the dedication of our executive team to providing balance between the needs of owners and residents, and passion for community enhancement and development. Our senior executive leadership is directly involved with the residents, facilities, on-site staff, and political atmosphere that makes each mobile home community unique.
